    6 days agoRight click on the saves folder (Sid Meier's Civilization VII) and fully back it up on either a USB stick or on a different internal drive (D, E, F etc.) on your PC. Apart from backing up your save files as a precaution, there is another reason to back these files. There is a known issue with Civilization 7 which prevents it from saving the game.

    Thanks for the answers, but I suppose the original problem was not stated clearly. I loaded the game from a CD. Sold out software. I can go to the and I get to "FILE EXPLORER" and find "\Program Files (x86)\Firaxis Games\Civilization III Complete\Conquests" BUT the "saves" file is not listed.
  7. Civilization 6 posts, however, must have "Civ VI" or "Civ 6" in the titles. E.g. [Civ 6][Vanilla] England, Deity, Standard, Continents, Large. ... Also, DLC may again be an issue for save file sharing. We'll know fairly soon. It is probable that anyone lacking the aztec dlc will be unable to enjoy some of the saves for the first 90 days.
